I worked here as a press operator for a while. They were so cheap that they tried to cheat their employees (who were working 12-hour days, BTW) out of their breaks by making them operate their neighbor's machine when the neighbor took their 15 minute breaks or their 30 minute lunch breaks. There were numerous times that I couldn't get a lunch break because their was nobody next to me to watch my machine and we weren't allowed to stop the machine. This happened to others as well... A bunch of us were also cheated out of overtime pay, as well as lunch breaks.
After that, I decided to leave. I thought about reporting them to the state of MN labor department but thought, let everybody know about it, so I decided to post about it online, instead.
