Competitive pay, good benefits, that’s about it

Cons

Management does not care about the employees. They are constantly changing hours without notice and have no regard for personnel safety. Refused to provide safety precautions for COVID-19, and threatened action against employees who brought it to the attention of management. If I could give them zero stars I would.

The work environment is plentiful and the people there are willing to work together to make things happen. The pay is pretty nice too with paid holidays off.

Cons

Vacation time is pretty thin for the first 5 years.
