      Pros

      Great management who are all there to support you. Making genuine mistakes is not punished and instead used as a learning opportunity. Hard work is rewarded. Everyone is very friendly and easy to talk to/work with. Leadership is transparent on how the company is doing and where it is heading. You make your schedule for the most part.

      Cons

      Not enough vacation time. 2 weeks if you're there for less than 5 years, 3 weeks from 5 to 15 years. A bit understaffed, sometimes leading to increased stress. Not too bad usually though. Pay is average.

      Thanks so much for your candid review and sr. management is in the process of reviewing vacation time. We have hired 50+ new team members in 2021 so the staffing levels should help ease some of the stress.

      Pros

      Lots of room to grow and learn new things. They allow you to practice and fail, if needed, to learn. Its hard to get fired. Management seem to care about their employees and want them to grow and succeed.

      Cons

      Its really hard to get fired, If you have co-worker that are not doing a good job and not improving they will get many additional chances and can cause additional work for your team.

      Pros

      They really care about their employees. Freedom to move around in the company and do what interest you Management is receptive to feedback and suggestions You get out what you put in. Aka hard work is recognized and rewarded.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. I would love more vacation time.

      Pros

      Niche career field that combines multiple trades into one. Always something to learn or to retrain on. Onboarding with the company was top tier. Upper management seemed very engaging in attempts to get feedback from boots on the ground members.

      Cons

      steep learning curve, if schedules with other trades don't line up well, you're having to rush to complete last minute jobs even when you're ahead of schedule. Overtime. Pay could be better as well, your low base pay is compensated by a locality pay depending on your state. This locality pay is not subjected to overtime pay,

      Disorganized management that regularly contradict each other, management interacts little with employees and have ineffective and poor direction.
