You will regret working here. Every positive review on Glassdoor was coerced by him to be posted. To be transparent, some people’s compensation and benefits could be considered decent.

Where to even begin? The owner and “president” Ray Bassiouni is verbally abusive, unethical, and often downright cruel. He is the only leadership so there is no one to keep him in check. Ray is shady. He tries to keep up appearances that he’s a wealthy, successful businessman. He’s not. He defrauds clients and contractors. He mistreats his hard working employees, calling them stupid and useless as he yells at and threatens them. His micromanagement knows no bounds, from the hidden and not hidden cameras he has all over the building so he can see if anyone dares to take a few minutes to chat to the front door tap data he reviews to see if anyone tapped in even one minute past the end of lunchtime (company imposed lunch hour of 12-12:30 so he can keep tabs on everyone at all times). I could go on, but please take my advice and look for a job elsewhere.
