Pros
Very satisfied with the team and company culture; open communication and collaboration are a priority. I always feel treated with dignity and respect by my colleagues and management.
Cons
Lots of moving parts can be challenging at times (and sometimes stressful) as the company is growing but I feel that is outweighed by the positive aspects of working here.

Promotes employee commitment by supporting professional development; Willing to invest in the proper equipment to accomplish the tasks at hand; Small business culture with friendly employees that have a good work ethic; Culturally diverse; Even though the majority of the workforce is working remotely, admin continues with improvements to the workplace (IT upgrades and COVID protection and sanitation).
Cons
Since many projects are dispersed throughout the country and world, it is sometimes challenging to connect with all the employees.
