Toxic Beware

Pros

Work with some good people....

Cons

We were all hoping that the TUPE to Asda for the EG Greggs would solve all the toxic practices from the previous business. How wrong we were. TUPE should not make you worse off but it has as we no longer our contractual paid breaks and have been told to loose pay or work longer so we get out contracted hours, yet all the managers have gained as they no longer have to clock in and are all in most cases gone by 11 am to midday so not for filling their contract number of hours, leaving staff on their own for upward of 7 hours with staff also expected to work 10/11 hours shifts. Some employing their partners and giving them weekends off with them. Last minute shift changes where you are expected to come in even if you were miles away on a break. This was all raised previously but the Regional Manager did nothing. Recruitment is dire as you have tried to shoe horn your business model into a model it doesn't fit
