I absolutely love my clients. They are constant motivators. I enjoy my job, my co workers, and my work space. Management and CEO listen and value our input.

Cons

Pros

The software industry is a great place to be, and the company evolves and grows with technology. For example getting into cloud products, mobile apps, and offering the software as a service business model. Employees come and go at any company but the smart hard working ones tend to gain more and can get ahead much more so than at a large company where it's harder to stand out and be recognized.

Cons

Not yet a public company so the big company perks like an onsite cafeteria aren't there yet.

ASAP Systems has provided me with ample experience and growth for the past years of my employment. Those who dedicate themselves will certainly find more and more doors opening for them. The work environment is professional, yet laid back and fun.

Cons

As with any growing company, growing pains have been present and at times very challenging. Though, once the team works together this con becomes more of a pro as experience and knowledge are acquired.
