      A dangerous place to work. It's truly toxic.

      None. The Directors are directors in name only; their incompetence and poor business performance reveal the true level of their ability.

      Cons

      Read the other reviews for this company, and you'll see a clear pattern of poor ratings. They constantly hire and fire staff because they can't teach anything meaningful about the recruitment industry and lack basic people management skills. Don’t trust their promises during recruitment or claims of change. They twist narratives and blame junior staff to justify the company's failures. The Directors are delusional, abusing their power, and it's no surprise if the business closes within 12 months.

      Good team members & the company has some decent big contracts to work on. Great clients & candidates.

      Cons

      Beyond awful MD, never come across anyone like him before in my entire working life. Wants staff to live in fear of their jobs and has openly said so. Unsupportive HR. Getting commission due was a painful struggle. So many good recruiters here that are beaten down & end up leaving. Unrealistic expectations & ridiculous KPIs despite making £££,£££ per year in profit. If you are a recruiter looking to make a move, please don’t move to ASA.

      Cons

      Experience working here is a lot different to what you were told at interview stage. No support, no work life balance, you are in fear of your job always, no suitable training, no earning potential. Would not recommend
