      Scenic commute to and from work.

      Cons

      Management is, quite frankly, mean. They bully one person until that person is gone, then they go on to the next one. Pretty soon there will be no one left. All employees are looking for work. Nobody is happy. The reason some are still there is that the job market in Colorado Springs is bad. Benefits are bad or non-existent.

      Clients are great to work with. Sometimes a lot of work.

      Cons

      Gender biased, Open comments on racism, sexism, leadership behavior consists of yelling, screaming at each other. No ethical conduct. In addition to this negative environment , gossiping, back biting and essentially cannot trust anyone. Peers are talked down upon. Do not take up an opportunity at API. It’s not worth it.

      Flexible schedule, learn a lot, free lunch when hotels visits, free gifts from hotels, two monitors, free coffee and water

      Cons

      Lots lots of work, super tedious, no training what so ever, it’s like High School there are groups no one will invite you to eat lunch not too friendly
