First and foremost salary. If your experienced and want to make a decent living this is NOT the place for you, especially if you can't afford car payments at this point in your life. If your a college grad and can get by on nothing this is the place for you. It seems like the people needed most are the least rewarded. Hard Work is sometimes appreciated, maybe a pat on the back, but nothing further. Raises are never addressed, even if you have been there a while. They won't give you a reason to stay financially, they will take it into consideration and "get back to you".
Communication between department is lackluster.
Owner knows maybe half of the employees names (we're less then 70 people).
Some of management is far to young, too inexperienced and have no problem passing blame when there is a crisis. I will say some management have their act together and do they job in a professional way. But like I said, the college grads they put in charge of some things is mind boggling ( they probably got them cheap).
Sad thing is that this is a great place, the office is beautiful, even the people who work there are beautiful (inside and out). It is foreseeable that people will get fed up with being under paid. Morale is low in some departments, maybe the top brass know and just don't care (they know the salaries are below the standard because they have a very hard time finding people they can hire.) But they should because when you start to loose pieces of a well oiled machine the end result is catastrophic. As they say all it takes is one domino to bring down the rest.
