Pros
Good communication with management - most have open door policy. Great benefits, including excellent vacation package, 401k matching contributions and health insurance plus many others.
Cons
Not to much to say - most every job has its pros and cons. Some negative people, but management was pretty good at getting rid of the dead weight.

Cons
Lay offs do to mergers and buy outs. Several good employees lost due to this and no fault of their own.
