      Heart is in the right place, but poor execution.

      Pros

      Pretty standard work hours and CEO provides little extras for employees like catered lunches here and there.

      Cons

      Overall the company seems disorganized and nepotism is an issue as it would be in family run company. There doesn't seem to be much of a roadmap and if there is, it seems to change with the wind.

      Pros

      Small but successful. Can be fun at times, lots of positive talk to be your best, nice office, nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Nepotism with family seems to get in the way. CEO is a hothead sometimes. Talented people get shoved out. Lots of weird stuff.

      Pros

      This is a great place to start a career in the dental industry. They are currently investing a lot in there infrastructure. Amtouch is direct with all the major dental manufactures. This is a growing company where new reps can experience large territory growth.

      Cons

      Starting pay is low for the industry. There has been a lot of turnover in many different management rolls. You will never receive a increase in your base salary. You will receive an increase in your commission but you will be told you are required to give yourself a raise through growth. They also take a cut for "cost of doing business" out of your gross profit which is what your commission is based on.
