Amazing place, amazing company. Most of the people that work in my area here have been here for 15-20+ years so you know it's a great environment. Just an amazing group of phenomenally talented people. I've been with the company for nearly 12 years and absolutely intend on retiring here. AMTS goes above and beyond for all of their clients and employees. If you look on their website they mention "doing the right thing", integrity, commitment, and results. That's not just marketing speak, it's in the company's core DNA. Absolute joy to work for them.
Cons
Not knowing which holidays are paid vacation well in advance makes planning vacations a little tougher but not a huge deal if you save up a little PTO. Having such a huge company spread all over the globe makes getting the "big picture" a little hard sometimes.
