I enjoy working here but there is a lot that needs to be fixed.
Pros
Friendly staff for the most part and helpful out in the field when convenient as far as some supervisors. The support from co-workers is good. Good about supporting long term employees.
Cons
Pay is horrible minimum wage and based on points per hour with no realistic way to increase wage by only two dollars. They tell you they'll route you close to home but don't actually do it. They play favorites when it comes to equipment like cellphone. They will not reimburse you for personal cellphone usage either. If you happen to get a company phone they charge you for it. If you have a Apple device prepare to be treated badly because it's not comparable with company software. They lied about having rotating days off meaning supposed to be work six days one off then work five days with two off rotating every other week. They lie about raises after six months still no raise. You have to buy ninety percent of your tools, bags and stuff for truck plus boots and drill bits. With exception of two long drill bits, prep tool, compression tool and signal meter. A lot of safety hazards at the workplace and in the field. Terrible maintenance program relating to budget instead of safety, not to mention unsafe water fountain and poor fire prevention practices as well as work place injuries.
