      Good for a stepping stone; not permanent

      Pros

      It's a federal position, that's always a plus. No hassle to telework as long as you prove you're work ethic is sufficient.

      Cons

      The office environment is extremely immature (including the oldest employees), and management prefers to "look the other way" to avoid ruffling feathers.
