      Good product but people here need to be more human.

      Pros

      The application they have created is good. Communication between the executives is nice and have a welcoming attitude. Provide benefits to employees in terms of breaks and snacks and celebrate festivals and birthdays in a nice way.

      Cons

      Bad attitude of management towards junior employees. They fire well-performing employees without cause or any notice. Very strict about taking leaves even in case of emergencies. Told to work from home on off days and no fixed hours of work. Often had to work late. Special treatment to South Indians over other employees. If you are pursuing further studies, strongly recommend not to join this organisation because you would not have the time to focus.

      Pros

      The exposure that I got here would be the ONLY pro I would like to count because the cons overshadow them all.

      Cons

      They give you an offer, you join, you start working for them, they get the initial work done by you, and once they feel that the work doesn't require extra manpower they will terminate you. Yes, they will leave you high and dry to fend for yourselves. Decisions are taken by everyone but the Head. Join at your own risk.

      1. Employees are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. 2. Lean team.

      Cons

      1. Family run business environment. 2. Name sake cafeteria worth for nothing. 3. HR is just there for name sake but CEO implements whatever she wants. 4. Few of the family management just treat you like servants and less than that. 5. Pretty much closed mind management and doesn't value people opinion. 6. If you want to survive you need to show off and flatter few people. 7. Totally unprofessional way of measuring works. 8. Childish Micro Management.
