Pros

The work is very fulfilling and the company gives back what you put in. If you want the opportunity to grow, they encourage and help you do so. It is a very supportive environment with competitive pay structure and benefits. I was with a CM firm prior to ADAMS and felt the glass ceiling, and was very bored. That shattered with ADAMS and feel as though I have found a career long home. The company has all employees work remote so the autonomy is amazing and is not micromanaged.

Cons

Some of the travel can be exhausting but that is the nature of job. On the plus side, you accumulate a lot of points for personal use.
