Pros

Sales staff is a lot of fun to be around. Mostly ex-restaurant people. Also, their web programming guy is super-talented.

Cons

Family-owned business. Draconian management style. No room to breathe whatsoever. If your job requires independent thought, this is not the place for you. Very toxic.

Great employees, for the most part.

Cons

Have to walk on eggshells around management. They pick certain employees to make examples of, yet never look at the drunken salesman or stoned member of the executive team. If you KNOW anything about the backhanded operations going on there, you're considered to be a threat and will be escorted out, soon enough.

Company reps would bring breakfast and lunch sometimes HR manager was best part of ACityDiscount. Horrible, horrible place to work!
