Pros
Talented junior staff. Some upward mobility. Junior staff seems to be very supportive of one another. Unfortunately not many pros.
Cons
Completely toxic work environment. The leadership is appalling, erratic and unprofessional. The managers are constantly talking about the staff in front of other members of staff. They take immense pleasure at the expense of others, i.e. Public humiliation, unprofessional jokes about people's looks and wardrobe- to name a few. The majority of staff is miserable due to the toxicity of management. Their are definitely some sociopathic personality disorders going on here.
