- Internal politics among senior leadership affects transparency and decision-making. - There appears to be a gap in modern technical practices and management approaches compared to current industry standards. - The company still primarily provides desktop systems instead of laptops, which limits mobility and flexibility for employees. - Internal networking and security practices could be improved to better protect employee information and company data. - In terms of manners and human ethics, the company have the worst senior employees. They do not have a 1% of manner in communication and aticates. They are shouting in the office daily without taking care of other employees. Its like ragging to others. - Office events and announcements sometimes create unnecessary noise and disruption instead of fostering a productive and creative environment. - Financial policies and deductions are not always clearly documented. Greater transparency in payslips and written policy documentation would improve employee trust.
