There are some amazing people that work for AC Transit.

Cons

One executive in particular gave me a difficult time with my performance review. I wasn’t given clear instructions and his micromanagement leadership style was irritable.

The benefits are great. You can retire comfortably

Cons

The training staff will play favoritism by excusing the same behavior with different students. You can't even curse with this company yet the training staff can belittle curse step in your foot etc.

Management has become TOXIC and DISRESPECTFUL. This place used to have a little bit of integrity, although the culture was always management against the drivers, but now it’s become MUCH WORSE! Management is abusive and dismissive of drivers. Some of these Asst Superintendents should not have a job at all. They have no people skills and are drunks with no respect for the operators that keep the busses rolling.
