Thank you for taking the time to post this review of your experiences being part of the AC team, I really appreciate this. Communication and training are two of the elements that have come up within our recent team member survey and actions are being taken. Within the teams communication across hybrid working is always going to be a bit of a challenge but I believe with our good use of technology and I am aware that team members are keen to get together more often for collaborative work so will be looking more into this as we move forward. The recent appointment of our Office and Training Manager as well as the Culture Co-Ordinator should also mean you will see a more robust schedule of training being rolled out in the future. Thank you for taking the time to post this amazing review - really appreciate the feedback and in particular where we can continue to improve and make the working environment an even better place to be. I love your comment about the support you receive from your teammates as this is something that I can see across the business and I believe it says a great deal about the type of people we have in the team and their characteristics and the way in which we have recruited people post COVID. More training is noted and is certainly on the agenda as you will be aware we have recently promoted internally a new Training and Office Manager and as this role evolves so more and more training will begin to be set up and offered to enable you to build a wider skill set.
