Pay is terrible for all but management. Outside sales continually underperforms. Management has no vision. Big lay offs in Greensboro, kernersville and beyond.

Raises were far and few between.

Do not buy into this company, they do not care about their employees. The have no career path established for people in accounting or finance. Pay is below market and they do no believe in raises for corporate employees. They are seen as replaceable and unneeded for the company to still operate. Management does nothing to teach you anything on tasks or to mentor you as a professional . The immediate manager does not know how to do anything the staff does nor could explain it to someone in a different department . No training on the day to day tasks what so ever. There’s no performance reviews, nor one on ones with your manager. They don’t believe in growing professionals. You don’t get an idea of where you need to improve as a professional to grow. We have been told constant times we are replaceable by the CEO. Very old school mentality on everything. promotions are done as a person retires not done performance of a person. They expect individuals to wait around years to get promotion. There is no organizational chart so no one knows who other people report too or what they do in their roles. Everything is very hush hush. Very few holidays if they do not fall under “American pride” they don’t follow or respect the holiday. Graduate education is not valued at all. If someone has this they are seen less than someone who does not have it. They don’t believe in graduate education they believe in “street smart”… Benefits: Medical plan there is only one you can choose from. You are not eligible for the 401k for your first 6 months of employment.

Having multiple trucks come in at one time

Soft regional and middle management. Not a professionally run sales organization.

No way to advance career if not going to a driver position.

Dispatch sucks, don’t listen to their drivers, overwork certain people

Management is pretty much free to run each branch however they see fit, which leads to little synchronicity across branches
