      Steady work. Potential to make good money

      Cons

      Too many to list. Mangement does not care about you at all. Billings owner is greedy crook. Equipment is non existent or junk. No benefits. None!

      Consistent work to keep you busy. Most specialty tools are available from the shop.

      Cons

      Poor communication on payment for work. The office sells a job whether or not they have employees trained to do the work. The "family" environment just means the owners family works there, not that they will treat you as family.
