      Pros

      A great team, and lots of people trying to make the best of a bad situation. I now know what it must have felt like to be on the Titanic.

      Cons

      Stuck with outdated equipment and battles between management and ownership, the company has been in Idle mode for way too long. Doing the best with what we have doesn't work when all of what we have is no longer working or relevant in the modern print world.

      Pros

      It is just astounding to see so many idiots in one building. What the hell...they are getting union wages to be lazy, stupid & arrogant! The Teamsters union there is a joke...it's just a way to get union contracts.

      Cons

      The challenge I met was...Nobody knows what they are doing out there!!!! The people seem to love degrading their fellow employees & making it miserable to work there. This includes both company & union people.

      Pros

      You get a paycheck. There's no need to WATCH soap operas while working here.

      Cons

      Extremely high stress level due to power trips played by people that are certifiability insane. Benefits are expensive and poor quality. Management seems to want to use company for a tax write-off, not as a profitable business.
