Treated like a number and no care for any of the customer service team, Management use phrases like "If you don't like it you know where the door is" As apart of management I feel like the company need a restart and a culture shift.

Lack of training Instability, constant changes to processes etc. Lack of support Angry customers because service is poor Low pay
