Pros
Eager to be somewhere between the major corps and the mom and pop operations.
Cons
Grew too fast too soon, without a plan how to manage growth or existing businesses. Little investing in learning more about the businesses they acquired, and how they ran. Recipe for no long term growth, or short term investor benefits, and most importantly credibility.

Ability to work from home. Full benefits. Decent base pay with room to grow
Cons
It’s unclear who you go to for certain areas. Management is always changing and the company is always looking to sell. No Christmas bonus or even a holiday party
