Pros

the product is decent and students do seem to enjoy the product. marketing is towards one area education so very easy to direct product towards their market. Very experienced at high pressure sales and how to make sales

Cons

management micromanages heavily boiler room sales style, culture is all about sales, customer service is non existent again simply hard core sales offices tiny office no privacy or space simply used to cram as many sales staff into office as possible bully sales staff and management makes this an unpleasant office where top priority is simply sales all tech, IT and management done at top corporate level, local branches are franchisee so sole focus is sales did not find staff focused on team building, all simply focused on sales, avoid this company unless you want and like hard core high pressure sales where your efforts will benefit owners no real benefits, salaries sub par and opportunity for advancement is poor. have seen evidence of high turn over of staff.

Pros

Great people, loads of passion and solid product range. Incredibly well-supported brands and loyal customers

Cons

CEO & Board shift the blame for poor performance to everyone but themselves. Do not hold themselves accountable for poor decisions, a constantly changing strategy and direction that confuses its staff. Staff has lost faith in the CEO and Board's credibility. Revolving door of staff turnover creates an environment of fear and mistrust. Not a happy place.

Pros

- there are still some people passionate about what they do and genuinely want to improve the lives of kids and teachers

Cons

- Too many changes in management means there is a lack of direction - Lack of passion for education in the management team - More about making money rather than pedagogy - Management protect each other, while the actual people doing the work are not recognised
