1. The company makes an effort to support employees, given the challenging nature of the consulting industry 2. The ability to meet C-level executives of billion-dollar companies from day 1 3. Challenging work that pushes your boundaries intellectually 4. Learn from some of the smartest people in the industry 5. Colleagues you'll get along with easily 6. Expanding company - increasing opportunity to accelerate your career growth

Cons

A lot of responsibility even at entry level. Although this is good for growth, you need to be able to work independently and deliver results.
