Not enough focus of effort and no longer developing in the U.S. of A. All development has moved off shore and this is why I am a former employee.

Management is incompetent and does not listen to the concerns of their employees. There is a total lack of transparency from the CEO down. This place sucks the life out of you because there’s so much gossip and ignorance of the actual needs for the company. They are slowly but surely moving all the jobs the Romania. In the month of August 3+ people resigned. Lastly, the benefits are the worst I’ve ever had! Insurance is so expensive and the out of pocket max for a single person is over $7,000!! There’s no tuition assistance or reimbursement. No 401k match. PTO is accrued based off the hours worked for hourly associates. Decisions made based on favoritism. No room for advancement.
