-Opportunity to work with large budgets - Good opportunities to learn if you don't mind doing everything by yourself

Cons

- Management has no idea what the different teams are doing; they don't show any desire to understand what teams explain to them and end up demanding unrealistic results based on their fragmented information - Company culture is said to be centered in keeping people happy, but not much is done towards that goal - Structure is all over the place, nobody is held accountable if someone needs anything from another team and the other team is not responsive - No benefits of any kind

Salary is good, life insurance is after probation period, office is nice and tidy with really nice kitchen and place to eat/relax.

Cons

Management is poor, there is no structure to follow, strategies are being changed on daily basis. Plenty of internal communications problems between several departments. Not enough people are working on several projects.
