Industry leader in products and field based team are a pleasure to work with and have strong bonds

Cons

Senior Leadership distributes marching order from investor that make no sense. 3x rounds of layoffs and reorgs in 1 calendar. Used to have strong pay but they reduced overall compensation for everyone and were bringing in new team members at a 33% pay cut from what everyone else was making.
