    Pros

    The culture is very attractive, boasting a place for everyone within the workforce where you are encouraged to be your authentic self! Remote working is encouraged and there is plenty of opportunity for career advancement which is underpinned with support and nurture from peers and management alike. Free snacks, good salary and benefits, social events and a Guinness tap definitely keep spirits up! The offices are really cool and you are provided with spectacular views all year round!

    Cons

    No Crash Bandicoot for PlayStation in the Games Room but one can hardly call that a con!

    Application

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Tenable in June 2020.

    Interview

    Call with recruiter, competencies test and call with hiring manager.

    Now the first two happened; had a call with a recruiter and did the competencies test weeks after that initial call. I was then supposed to talk to the hiring manager, that call was only scheduled weeks after my first call. Last minute this call got cancelled and rescheduled for two days later, I couldn't make it myself that day so asked to reschedule, didn't seem to be a problem, Tenable then didn't get back to me anymore. Just sent them an email myself to withdraw from consideration. As much as an interview process is a way to get to know a potential candidate's skills and suitability for a job for an employer, this works both ways. I did not get a good feeling from Tenable by the way they were communicating with me.

    • Questions around previous experience, motivation on why Tenable etc.
      Competencies test is tricky as there are loads of questions and very limited time.   Answer Question
