Our highly trained officers, professional technicians, and experienced dispatchers set the standard for other security companies to follow.
First Response continues to add additional offerings that allow us to improve and become more efficient. We are the only company in the Pacific Northwest to combine on-site, patrol, and alarm response services with a full range of electronic security through our in-house UL dispatch/monitoring center. This, combined with our 15 vehicles on the road every night and over 3,000 alarm systems monitored allows First Response to provide a faster response time to a broad range of customers, without using sub-contractors. With more than 300,000 Alarm Responses under our belt, no other company has the experience that we do.
