The boss at BossModels is British photographer David Bosman, who established his modeling agency in 1988. A former model himself, Bosman's basic requirements for model wannabes that want to be represented by his agency -- youth and beauty. BossModels is an international agency that represents male and female fashion models ages 15 to 24. The company boasts operations in New York City and Cape Town, South Africa. Specializing in male modeling, BossModels is credited with negotiating the first exclusive contract for a male model to advertise in print, billboards and TV, a designer's entire collection, and thereby creating a new cultural icon, the male supermodel.
