I’ve been with Zepz for 4 years now, and the reason I’ve stayed is simple: I’ve never stopped growing and developing. All of my managers have provided me with fantastic development and internal promotion opportunities and there are no signs of that stopping. The environment is incredibly fast-paced, but that is what makes it special. You’re given the autonomy to truly make a role your own, and if you're proactive, there are constant opportunities to get involved in cross-functional projects outside your immediate remit. I’ve had several internal promotions and benefited from continuous development. The work is genuinely interesting and impactful, and the people here are some of the smartest, most supportive colleagues I’ve ever worked with. But overall the most important thing is the mission and our customers. Both continue to be at the forefront of any business decisions made.
Cons
The pace may not be for everyone. You have to be comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy the challenges of a fast paced environment.
