Excellent safety training program. Recruiting staff are wonderful people. Extra work available. A few excellent office staff are pleasant and very competent, others- see cons.

Safety training is less than effective because management does not back up company policies. Many office staff are miserable, and incompetent. Once passing road test, in order to work at FS, must sign contract to return $700 for training if resigning before one year of employment. Was informed by union rep, that this is illegal. Must be vigilant to keep track of all payment.
