Pros
Good part-time job if you have kids, cause you can bring them with you. The office staff are really nice.
Cons
They micro-manage their drivers almost to death. The pay sucks and the responsibility is through the roof. Also your training is unpaid and they say it's only 2 weeks, but it's actually around 4 weeks. Very nasty employee morale. everyone is just angry all the time!!! Also, management sees nothing wrong with disciplining you in front of co-workers (big no no).
