Applied on the company website. Got a call in a week or so. First round was behavioral interview and the second round was technical. After that point it was onsite interview. The onsite interview lasted 4 hours. Up to 6 people were at the interview. Research associates and senior scientists did a conference type interview. The questions were technical, general and also behavioral. It was a friendly environment.
