Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrician/Electronic Security Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, servicing and maintaining a range of systems while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with industry standards.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out installations across our customer sites around the country which will include working on PLC panels, Automatic doors and Rapid Roll Doors. From time to time we also have some project work abroad.

The successful candidate will receive training on specific equipment and exact customer requirements as well as getting an industry recognised qualification to service Automatic Doors.

We are looking for someone who;

• A relevant electrical or electronic qualification
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills providing professional on-site support, guidance and troubleshooting for customers
• The ability to read technical drawings and system schematics
• Experience completing detailed service and maintenance reports for electrical and security systems
• The ability to work on their own initiative and be able to adapt and prioritise different tasks.
• Is health and safety focused.
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service to meet the needs and standards of our customer base.
• Has experience of supervising or guiding junior/apprentice engineers and general operatives.
• A Full Clean Irish driving licence (or relevant local equivalent)
• The ability to use a variety of hand tools, power tools, electric meters in performing duties.
