Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, objectives, and processes.
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
• Support solution design, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation and traceability.
• Assist in preparing project plans, status reports, and stakeholder presentations.
• Provide post-implementation support and ensure business objectives are achieved.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience creating user stories, process maps, workflows, and business requirements documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
