Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. This role is vital in assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Duties

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide medication administration as per prescribed schedules.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs.
• Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary.
• Engage in light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Assist with transportation needs for appointments or social activities.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.

Experience

• Previous experience in senior care or home care settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with assisted living environments and the specific needs of elderly clients is advantageous.
• Skills in first aid and basic healthcare practices are beneficial.
• A caring attitude, patience, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• Full UK drivers license and access to own car.
