Overview:
The Activities Center Attendant serves as a key point of contact for guests, supporting daily operations while delivering a professional, welcoming, and positive guest experience for Crater activities.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assists guests with Crater check-in, including waiver completion and payment processing.
- Assists with reservations for Crater activities, ensuring accuracy and a positive guest experience.
- Answers incoming calls and manage email correspondence in a timely, professional manner.
- Completes end-of-day closeout procedures in accordance with established guidelines.
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are a key component of this position.
- Maintains a professional appearance in accordance with Company standards; wears the appropriate uniform or attire.
- Maintains open and effective communication with team members and management.
- Attends and participates in team meetings.
- Adheres to established safety and emergency procedures and protocols; this includes Company, federal, and state-specific regulations and guidelines.
- Completes all required Company training/compliance courses assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION
- Less than a high school education.
EXPERIENCE
- No prior experience or training required.
