Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented ISO Consultant to finalize and maintain our Integrated Management System. Having completed the first audit and reached approximately 80% completion, we require a specialist to ensure we are fully compliant for upcoming audits and to manage the standards into the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• ISO Management: Finalize the implementation and oversee the ongoing maintenance of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
• Audit Readiness: Ensure the business is up to date and fully compliant for future audits based on initial audit results.
• Document Control: Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation, versioning, and controlled registers.
• Safety Management: Lead proactive safety initiatives, risk assessments, and compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Training Management: Develop and oversee staff training programs, inductions, and competency tracking.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in current processes and implement actionable improvements to ensure long-term standard maintenance.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience implementing and managing ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Employment Hero is highly regarded.
• Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of audit requirements and the ability to bridge the final gap toward full certification.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for managing document control and delivering staff training.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple management systems simultaneously while meeting strict audit deadlines.
