Job Title: Early Year Educator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring, responsible, and energetic Childcare Worker to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. The successful candidate will support children’s physical, emotional, social, and educational development through daily activities, supervision, and positive interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Plan and lead age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
• Assist children with meals, hygiene, dressing, and daily routines
• Encourage positive behaviour and social development
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe childcare environment
• Observe and report children’s progress, behaviour, and any concerns to parents or supervisors
• Support children’s emotional needs and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Follow all health, safety, and safeguarding policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and team members

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children preferred
• Minimum Level 5 in Childcare, Early Childhood Education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, compassion, and reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Knowledge of child protection and safety practices
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred

Working Conditions

• Full-time Sucessfull
• Successful candidate will be required to work in both pre school and Afterschool Session
• Half day every Friday

Pay: €15.00-€17.50 per hour
