Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Zoho CRM Administrator to manage, optimize, and streamline our Zoho ecosystem for sales and project management operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining CRM discipline, improving user adoption, managing workflows and automations, generating reports and dashboards, and ensuring efficient coordination between sales and project teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Analytics, along with excellent analytical and process management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and related Zoho applications.
- Ensure employees regularly update Zoho CRM and project management tools.
- Monitor sales pipeline, lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversion processes.
- Generate dashboards, MIS reports, analytics, and performance reports for management review.
- Configure workflows, automations, custom modules, and user permissions.
- Improve CRM adoption and process discipline across departments.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on Zoho usage and best practices.
- Coordinate with sales, business development, and project management teams.
- Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy, user activity monitoring, and system performance.
- Support management with sales forecasting and operational insights.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.
- Experience with Zoho Projects and Zoho Analytics.
- Knowledge of workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and process management skills.
- Good communication and employee training abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving approach.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in CRM administration within IT, AI, SaaS, or technology companies.
- Knowledge of sales operations and project management workflows.
- Experience in CRM customization and process automation.
- Understanding of lead management and sales funnel optimization.
- Basic knowledge of APIs and third-party integrations will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA / Any Graduate with relevant experience.
- Certification in Zoho CRM Administration will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Zoho CRM Administration or CRM Operations.
- Prior experience in handling CRM systems for sales and project teams preferred.
