We're on the hunt for a dynamic, results-driven Retrofit Double Glazing Sales Specialist who is ready to take on the challenge of a tough market and come out on top.

What You'll Do:

• Hunt for New Business: Cold calling? No problem. Retrofit leads come to us! However, you will also know how to find and approach new leads creatively and confidently, using your industry experience to identify opportunities others might miss. This includes other glass sales opportunities in the new build / residential and commercial space.
• Convert Like a Pro: Whether it's face-to-face or over the phone, you'll engage with homeowners, tackle price objections with ease, and close deals with finesse.
• Build Relationships: You'll cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and positioning our retrofit double glazing solutions as the perfect fit.
• Stay on Top of Your Game: You'll be disciplined with your time, keeping sales pipelines updated, staying organised with admin tasks, and following processes to ensure no lead or opportunity is left behind.
• Own the Challenge: The market may be tough, but you're tougher. You're not afraid to get creative, adapt, and think on your feet to win every sale.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales DNA: You've had sales drilled into you and have a strong foundation in the art of selling. You live and breathe conversion.
• Building Product Experience: You understand the building products industry and have a knack for translating technical product benefits into customer value.
• Challenge Seeker: You thrive in challenging markets and can overcome objections with confidence and expertise.
• Admin Guru: Staying organized and maintaining up-to-date systems is second nature to you. You know the importance of a well-managed sales pipeline.
• Relationship Builder: You're great with people, particularly homeowners, and know how to build trust that turns leads into loyal customers.
