Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Cloud Operations Specialist to join AC3 in a hands-on technical role supporting customer environments across Windows, Linux and AWS cloud platforms. You’ll help keep critical systems stable, secure and performing well, while proactively managing issues, reducing risk and supporting continuous improvement across customer and AC3 environments.

What you’ll do?
- Manage, maintain and improve Wintel systems and application services
- Monitor the performance, availability and reliability of key services
- Leverage automation tools to streamline updates, apply patches, and enhance system performance, ensuring security compliance.
- Implement and maintain Windows operating systems, hypervisors and apps
- Support AWS workloads, services and related operational requirements
- Contribute to customer and AC3 project activity as required
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver reliable service outcomes
What we'd love to see?
- 5+ years’ experience in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Engineering
- MSP, integrator or multi-customer environment experience
- Strong Windows Server deployment, upgrade and support experience
- Experience across Exchange, M365, Entra ID, Active Directory and DFS
- Solid troubleshooting capability across systems, apps and infrastructure
A plus if you have..
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3 or CloudWatch
- Exposure to AWS-hosted Windows workloads or hybrid cloud environments
- Experience with public cloud platforms, ideally AWS
- Relevant Microsoft, AWS or infrastructure certifications
