On positive note, wasn't too formal, met two tiers of the company and overall most people are likeable. Also they were very honest about their merger issue. The questions were reasonable, but they were not transparent about the hours needed to do the work. Overtime is common at this company. Poor communication between departments tends to leave people fending for themselves. Overall I think the company has potential, but they have to be a little more transparent about hours.
