Interview
There were two rounds. First round was with senior management, asked basic questions about design portfolio and experience, lasted only 30 mins. Second round was with a founding partner, longer meeting and more formal.

Interview
I had 4 rounds of interviews with different heads of staff for a junior design position which I already thought was a lot to begin with, considering I was going for an entry level job. Then, they told me I had the job but that they were trying to figure out whether to "place" me in the interiors or architecture side. To top it off, after saying this to me, they ghosted me. I never heard from them again. They ghosted the headhunter as well. Super unprofessional. I also talked to some of the junior staff and they wanted to know if i would be willing to "work 12 hour days as needed, and sometimes weekends"... Walking red flag
